Linked Systems software, 90 percent prebuilt, can be customized for 100 percent integration, linking QuoteWerks and MS Dynamics GP and enabling Sales and Accounting to work together seamlessly. Sales can transfer quotes to Great Plains without retyping the order into GP, and view and make changes to GP orders/purchase orders from QuoteWerks without accessing GP. Accounting is then able to approve changes.
Linked Systems users can export the current quote/order or a batch of quotes from QuoteWerks into MS Dynamics GP with a simple Wizard that walks them through the process. Linked Systems will generate the sales order in Great Plains, using users’ business rules and field mappings they define.
Linked Systems users can generate purchase orders from the current quote/order or a batch of quotes from QuoteWerks into MS Dynamics GP, saving significant time and effort by automating the creation of purchase orders, eliminating the need to manually generate purchase orders in Great Plains.
Linked Systems users can add new items from QuoteWerks to Microsoft Dynamics GP as needed to export orders. Linked Systems will create the new item cards in Great Plains, using users’ business rules and field mappings they define.
Linked Systems users can link to existing Microsoft Dynamics GP customers and/or add new customers from QuoteWerks to Great Plains as needed to export orders. Linked Systems can also assist the user with adding new bill-to/ship-to addresses from QuoteWerks to Great Plains.
With Linked Systems software, after the order/purchase order has been exported from QuoteWerks to Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sales staff can still view, edit and print the order/purchase order safely in their Linked Systems sales dashboard. You can decide whether to give them access to make changes to orders/purchase orders.
With Linked Systems software, after the order/purchase order has been exported from QuoteWerks to Microsoft Dynamics GP, Accounting staff can view, edit and print the orders, purchase orders and invoices in their Accounting dashboard. Accounting users can save time by making changes to orders/purchase orders in the dashboard in one step, instead of multiple steps in Great Plains.
